Anne C. Byrne

Ms. Byrne graduated from the College of William & Mary in 1996 with a B.A. degree in Government.  Ms. Byrne received her J.D. degree from the University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law in 1999 and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1999.

After graduating from law school, Ms. Byrne worked for a small general practice law firm in Spotsylvania, Virginia and concentrated her practice in the areas of family law and criminal defense.  Ms. Byrne subsequently joined the firm of Warren H. Britt, P.C. as an Associate in September of 2000 where her areas of practice include workers’ compensation, general liability insurance defense, automobile insurance defense, premises liability, products liability, business litigation, subrogation and coverage analysis.  Ms. Byrne became a Member of the firm in July of 2009 and the firm changed its name to Britt & Byrne, PLLC.  Ms. Byrne is admitted to practice before the Virginia Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
