Warren H. Britt

Mr. Britt graduated from the College of William & Mary in 1983 with a B.A. degree in Economics.  Mr. Britt received his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law in 1986 where he was inducted into the McNeill Honorary Law Society.  Mr. Britt was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1986.  Mr. Britt was also admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in December of 1995.  Mr. Britt is admitted to practice before the Virginia Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  Mr. Britt is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Virginia and all state courts in North Carolina.  Mr. Britt is a member of the Richmond Bar Association, the Fairfax Bar Association and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.  Mr. Britt has been listed in Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers since 2001 and has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 2001.  Mr. Britt has also been selected to become a Member of the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Inn of Court as a Master of the Bench.  Mr. Britt became Of Counsel to the firm in January 2022.
